As I said in an earlier post, my friend
Adam Reed got me started with using Facebook,
Twitter and blogging. I must admit that I have become somewhat addicted to the communication outlets that allow me to stay connected with family and friends literally all over the world. My Tw

itter updates are set to show up on my Facebook account as my status update. This results in dozens of status updates everyday. Those status updates say "via Twitter." One day a friend of mine from college asked me why my Facebook updates always say "via Twitter." I explained to her what Twitter is and how it works. She appreciated the explanation and even took the time to check out the Twitter website. She said she was glad to learn what Twitter is all about because she thought it was something like the
Jitterbug phone (see pic at right). She said she pictured me looking at a phone with the really big buttons trying to figure out how to use it.
So, the following video will help clear up the Jitterbug confusion and explain
Twitter in Plain English.
