When I transferred to Shorter College in the Fall of 1998 I met a guy in the religion department who quickly became one of my good friends. His name is Levi Skipper. Levi has been a pastor for the last 7 years. He has also been doing quite a bit of evangelism and missions work in addition to his pastoral responsibilities. Levi has recently stepped out in faith and followed the Lord's leading into full-time vocational evangelism.
I want to encourage churches and pastors to consider using Levi for revivals, retreats, one-day events, pulpit supply, missions opportunities, etc. Levi is a godly man, husband, father, friend, and faithful preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Levi preached for me at our church last August. I must testify that he was incredible. His messages were timely and called for faith and obedience. According to Ephesians 4:11, the evangelist is a gift from God to the church. I promise you that Levi Skipper is a gift and a blessing for the local church!
